Mr. Egner received a BS degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. His experience has ranged from heavy civil construction projects in the Southwestern United States to commercial construction along the Gulf Coast.  He has recently been added to the Lowry Team to utilize his extensive knowledge of scheduling and project management to assist in our new endeavors with PAL.
